Space is still available in the following divisions (see age guidelines below):    

         In house Teams - U6 & U8                                  Travel Teams - U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U16-19 Co-ed Team        

       We are happy to take on additional players in our In house division; however, we need more parent volunteers in order to do so.  if you wish to register your child, please also fill out a volunteer form.
    

          
IN HOUSE TEAM players U5, U6 and U8 divisions:

Players must be born between July 31, 2010 and August 1, 2006 to play in our IN HOUSE division
Practice and scrimmages take place on Saturdays

    U5 & U6 (Pre-K and K)
     - Parents are required to participate on field with this age group. 
     - Registered volunteer parents are needed to work with AYSO Certified Trainers and assist with drills and scrimmages. 
     - The number of players in this age group is limited to the number of registered volunteers.  The more volunteer, the more player that can play!

    U8 (1st and 2nd grade) -
    - Children will be divided into teams of 5-7 players for scrimmages. 
    - Registered volunteer coaches are needed for every 7 children to work with AYSO Certified Trainers and assist with drills and scrimmages
    - The number of players in this age group is limited to the number of registered volunteers.  The more volunteer, the more players that can play!

    What do you need to do to be a Registered Volunteer?
    - Fill out the online volunteer form at www.eayso.org
    - Take two short online course (about an hours time)
    - Be available at practices most of the Saturdays
    - Have fun with the kids on the field
    - No experience is necessary and there is no cost for the training
    - Registered Volunteers will save $25 from their child's registration fee

Full registration fee of $150 includes:
16 weeks of soccer (weather permitting) - 8 weeks in fall and 8 weeks in spring
uniform t-shirt & soccer ball on opening day

Partial registration fee of $90 includes:
8 weeks of soccer (weather permitting) - EITHER 8 weeks in fall OR 8 weeks in spring
uniform t-shirt & soccer ball

TRAVEL TEAM players U10, U12, U14 and U16 divisions:

Players must be born between July 31, 2006 and August 1, 1995 Practice will take place one or two days during the week  Monday - Saturday
Travel games take place on Sundays at home or in nearby towns in late morning or afternoon.
*U16 /U19 is a Co-ed Division 

Registration fee of $175 includes:
16 weeks of soccer practice (weather permitting) - 8 + weeks in fall and 8 + weeks in spring
16 weeks of soccer games (weather permitting)
Practice t-shirt and soccer ball

Please note that all players and volunteers MUST register online.  Most families will have to create an new account at EAYSO.  If you know you have an account then use the forgot user ID or password.  If you experience difficulty please let us know so we can help out.   

Players and volunteers are considered registered ONLY after receiving a confirmation email from us at MK AYSO. Each age group has a limited number of spots.  To add more players, we need parents to volunteer to coach!

Please note that registration form and concussion form must be E-signed for registration to be valid.  Payment via credit card is now possible when you register online.  If you E-Sign and pay online then there is nothing to send it!  Except for new players - they still need to proof of DOB to:
